We have 2 London Bridge buildings in need of maintenance of 4 fire and intruder alarm systems. Fraser (Astoria's Contracts Manager) arrived at exactly 4pm as promised and hit the ground running, finding every sensor in record breaking time. One of the systems needed to be reset but he wanted to double-check with an Engineer the following day. Shane (a Senior Engineer) arrived punctually and after a thorough walk-around a 5-storey building, reset the system and was finished within 60 mins. How much extra were we charged for this impressive Customer care? Nothing! I was told it is part of Astoria's comprehensive maintenance service. This morning I was contacted by my boss to inform me that our fire alarm panel had gone off. When I arrived to reset the panel, I noticed several warning lights flashing, indicating a general and power fault. It quickly became clear to both me and my boss that we needed an urgent inspection of the fire alarm system. As my boss was away, I contacted several companies requesting an emergency call-out.
